1️⃣ How to Request Support
Please contact us with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos or a short video (especially for damage or defects) 📸
2️⃣ Issues We Can Help With (Eligible Cases)
Depending on the situation, we may offer:
- Replacement (reshipment)
- Partial refund
- Full refund
Eligible cases include:
- Item arrived damaged
- Item is defective or not working properly
- Wrong item received
- Missing item, parts, or accessories
3️⃣ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Report issues as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours of delivery).
Most issues should be reported within 30 days of delivery for eligibility.
4️⃣ Shipping Delays
If tracking is stalled or your package is taking unusually long:
- USA: Delayed cases typically handled after 45 days from shipment
- Other countries: Typically after 60 days from shipment
5️⃣ Marked “Delivered” but Not Received
Additional verification may be required. We may request an official non-delivery certificate from your local post office. 📨
6️⃣ Returns (When a Physical Return Is Required)
- Most issues can be resolved without a return.
- If a return is required, it must be pre-approved.
- Returns should be shipped within 30 days of approval.
- ⚠️ Returns sent without approval cannot be accepted.
- International returns may be costly and slow; items may need to be sent to a partner warehouse.
7️⃣ Not Eligible (Change-of-Mind Cases)
Refunds or returns generally cannot be approved for:
- Change of mind / “I don’t like it”
- Wrong item/SKU ordered
- Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
8️⃣ Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Used or opened wellness/beauty devices
- Items showing wear, damage, or modifications
- Custom or personalized products
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Consumable or perishable products
9️⃣ Exchanges
For fastest exchange:
- Return the original item (if approved)
- Place a new order once the refund is processed
🔹 EU Customers – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
EU customers may return unused products within 14 days in original packaging (proof of purchase required).
Note: Sealed hygiene/health items may not be eligible once opened.
10️⃣ Refunds
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after confirmation/inspection. Bank processing times may vary. 💳
